Who it fits

Key specs explained

Capacity: 25 lbs

This rating indicates the maximum dry weight of laundry the drum can hold at one time. A 25 lb capacity allows you to wash larger items like comforters or multiple loads of everyday clothes in fewer cycles. This is useful for small households or renters who need efficiency without the footprint of a full-size machine. When shopping, compare this to smaller 12 lb models if you have bulky bedding.

Operation Type: Full automatic

Full automatic operation means the machine handles the entire wash cycle without manual intervention. You load clothes and detergent, select a program, and the washer manages water filling, agitation, rinsing, and spinning. This saves time and effort compared to semi-automatic models that require you to move clothes between tubs. It is ideal for users seeking a hands-off laundry routine in a compact living space.

Wash Programs: 10

The inclusion of 10 distinct wash programs provides specific cleaning modes for various fabric types and soil levels. You can select a gentle cycle for delicates or a heavy-duty option for work clothes. This flexibility helps protect your garments while ensuring effective cleaning. When comparing portable washers, check if the competitor offers fewer options, which may limit your ability to tailor the wash to specific clothing needs.

Water Levels: 8

Eight selectable water levels allow you to adjust the amount of water used based on the size of your load. Using less water for small loads reduces utility consumption and cost. This feature gives you control over the wash intensity and resource usage. Look for this spec when comparing models, as some basic portable washers offer only fixed water levels that may waste resources on small loads.

Design and build specs

The Simple Deluxe portable washer is a freestanding unit designed for compact living areas. According to the listing, it measures 22.6 inches in width, 22.2 inches in length, and 36.2 inches in height. These dimensions allow the machine to fit into smaller footprints typical of apartments, dorm rooms, or RVs. The top-load design provides a straightforward opening for easy loading and unloading of clothes. This layout reduces the need for complex maneuvering, making daily laundry routines simpler.

The unit weighs 50.7 pounds. This weight offers stability during the spin cycle while remaining manageable for relocation if needed. The listing identifies the model as 3B61HKWASH9GRY and notes a grey finish with an upgraded color option. The control panel features a straightforward layout that supports 10 wash programs and 8 water levels. You can select specific cycles and water amounts to match your load size. This flexibility helps reduce unnecessary water use while accommodating everything from everyday garments to bedding.

As a full-automatic machine, it handles washing, rinsing, and spinning without manual intervention. The 25 lb capacity rating indicates the maximum dry weight of laundry it can hold. This allows you to process larger items like comforters or multiple loads of shirts in fewer cycles. The design prioritizes practical capacity and ease of use within a compact form factor.

Setup And Daily Operation Guide

Setting up this unit requires a flat, stable surface near a water source. The freestanding design means you do not need permanent installation or plumbing connections. You simply place the machine where you have space. The top-load opening allows you to load clothes directly into the drum. This design makes it easy to add or remove items without bending down excessively. The control panel is straightforward. You select a wash program from the ten available options. Then you choose one of the eight water levels. This two-step process keeps the setup quick and intuitive for daily use. The full-automatic operation handles the rest. Once you add detergent and start the cycle, the machine manages washing, rinsing, and spinning. You do not need to transfer clothes between tubs. The 25 lb capacity lets you wash larger items like towels or bedding in a single load. This reduces the number of cycles you need to run. The compact footprint fits well in apartments, dorms, or RVs. You can move it if needed, though it weighs 50.7 pounds. Using the correct water level for your load size helps conserve water. The flexible settings allow you to tailor each cycle to your specific laundry needs. This makes everyday laundry management simpler and more efficient for small households.

Before You Buy This Washer

Owning this Simple Deluxe unit means managing its water supply manually. You must connect a standard garden hose to the inlet valve. Ensure your faucet adapter fits your local plumbing fixtures before purchasing. The 25 lb capacity handles bulky items well, but you should check your drainage location. The machine pumps water out through a hose that must reach a sink, bathtub, or floor drain. Verify that the discharge hose length is sufficient for your setup. Regular cleaning of the detergent dispenser and drum is necessary to prevent residue buildup. This model suits those prioritizing capacity in a compact footprint. It differs from smaller 17 lb options by offering more laundry per cycle. It lacks the drying function of combo units, so you will need a separate dryer or alternative drying method. Consider your space constraints and water access points carefully.

Check before you buy

• Confirm your faucet adapter matches local plumbing standards.
• Verify the drain hose reaches your sink or floor drain.
• Ensure the 22.6-inch width fits your intended location.
• Check if you have a separate drying method available.
