You should look elsewhere if you need a single combined unit. This product ships as two separate boxes for the washer and dryer. Key specs explained
Capacity: 16 lbs
This rating indicates the washer handles up to 16 pounds of dry laundry per load. You can wash larger items like bedding or multiple outfits at once. This capacity suits small families or couples who generate moderate laundry volume. It is larger than standard compact models, which often cap at 10 to 12 pounds. Check this number to ensure the machine fits your typical load size without overfilling the drum.
Tub Material: Stainless steel
The drum is made from stainless steel, a durable and rust-resistant material. This construction ensures even heat distribution during drying and withstands frequent use. Stainless steel is easier to clean and less likely to harbor odors compared to plastic tubs. It offers better longevity for heavy fabrics. When shopping, prioritize this material for long-term reliability and consistent drying performance in compact units.
Operation Type: Full Automatic
This feature means the machine manages wash cycles, spinning, and drainage without manual intervention. You simply load clothes and select the setting. The built-in drain pump handles water removal automatically. This convenience saves time and effort, especially in apartments without easy access to sinks. It is ideal for users who want a hands-off laundry process. Compare this with semi-automatic models that require you to move water manually.
Drain Pump: Built-in drain aluminum pump
The unit includes an integrated aluminum pump for draining dirty water. This allows you to connect a hose directly to a sink or drain without tipping the machine. It simplifies setup in dorms or small bathrooms where floor drains are unavailable. The aluminum construction supports efficient water removal. Look for this feature if you need flexible drainage options in spaces without dedicated laundry hookups.
Design and Build Quality
According to the listing, the Erivess set measures 18.5 inches wide, 18.5 inches deep, and 30.7 inches tall. This compact footprint allows you to place the units in tight spaces like apartments or dorm rooms. The total weight is 78.3 pounds. The washing machine tub is made of stainless steel. This material offers durability and helps ensure even drying performance over time. The dryer includes a double-layer link filter. This design traps lint effectively, protecting the heating element and maintaining airflow efficiency. A built-in aluminum drain pump is also included. This feature allows for easy drainage of dirty water without requiring a direct connection to a household plumbing line.
Controls are straightforward. The dryer uses knob-designed buttons for simple operation. The washing machine features clear illustrations and descriptions to guide you through the settings. This user-friendly layout means you can operate both units without consulting a complex manual. The entire set is finished in white. This neutral color blends easily with most laundry room decor or utility spaces. You can handle everything from delicates to heavy fabrics using the multi-speed drying modes. The design prioritizes practical function over complex electronics.
Setup and everyday use
You do not need to install this Erivess set to use it. The listing states there is no installation required. You simply place the units in your desired location. Before You Buy This Set
You should verify that your electrical outlets support the dryer’s power requirements before purchasing. The listing does not specify voltage, so you must check your home’s wiring to ensure safe operation. This set ships in two separate packages, meaning you will receive two tracking numbers. You may need to coordinate delivery times to ensure both units arrive together for assembly and placement. Because the washer includes a built-in aluminum drain pump, you need access to a nearby floor drain or utility sink. Regularly clean the double-layer lint filter to maintain drying efficiency and prevent overheating. This compact pair fits well in small spaces, but you should measure your available area carefully. The 16-pound washer and 1.8 cubic foot dryer offer a balanced capacity for most households. Consider whether this duo meets your weekly laundry volume compared to larger standalone units. If you prioritize space-saving over high-capacity loads, this set aligns with your needs. However, if you frequently dry bulky items like comforters, you might need a larger dryer separately.
